The Tacks Vector Plus skates are built from the CCM Tacks 9070 hockey skates with Super Tacks AS1 upgrades. The Vector Plus boot uses MetaFrame technology to provide an ergonomic boot along with RocketFrame Composite to maintain a light weight like the Vector Pros. The skate core is SpeedCore 2 stiffness like the Vector Pros for a rigid, lightweight, thermo-formable quality. While the 9070s have a 7mm white felt tongue, our Tacks Vector Plus skates benefit from the Super Tacks AS1 tongue for a thicker 10mm cushion of protection to protect against the hard slashes, puck contact, and lace-bite. Once again, HD Micro Fiber abrasion resistant zones assist in maintaining the longevity of this skate on the inside, so you can focus on your play and not your feet.
